APR Central

Thad Mclean

Thad is the President of APR’s Commercial division. He has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial development. His primary responsibility is to oversee the business development and strategic growth of the commercial business. Prior to joining APR, Thad owned and operated a commercial development company. He serves on the board of APR.

Todd Waddell

Todd is the Director of Field Operations for the Commercial Division. He has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary activities include commercial sales, quality control, scheduling on the job activities, estimating and managing budgets. Before joining APR he was the Vice President of a commercial building company where he managed multi-million dollar projects throughout central North Carolina. He serves on the board of APR.

David Davis

David’s role with APR is to write and manage the estimating process. David has over 20 years experience in the construction business. David is licensed by North Carolina as a General Contractor and is a licensed Electrical Contractor. Before joining APR, David operated a successful electrical contracting company for 16 years. David also is a board member of APR. He serves on the board of APR.

David Mangum

David is the Director of Field Operations for the Residential division. He has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary role is to ensure successful execution of all residential insurance restoration jobs. He manages a team of restoration managers and specialists and is a responsible for a multi-million dollar operation and overall customer service.

Joey Ozment

Joey is the Operations Specialist that works closely in many areas of the day to day business at APR. He has several years of experience in real estate, operations and technology. He graduated from NC State University with a degree in Business Management.

Brett Senter

Brett is currently Director of Sales and Marketing with APR. Brett brings extensive experience of over 20 years in the Fire service and construction industry. strives to provide the upmost in customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is to produce a high quality product in a timely manner to get your life back to normal.

Steve Bollerman

Steven joined APR as CFO in October 2018. Steve leads the finance and accounting team, implementing systems and processes that scale with the company’s rapid growth. Steve has decades of experience as a CFO and Controller, primarily in commercial real estate development and construction. He has also has been a principal and CFO in several early stage companies. Steve is a CPA and received his MBA from Pace University.

Jennifer Depole

Jennifer works in the APR Accounting office. She is Business Accounting Professional with over 30 years experience. Areas of expertise are AR, AP, and Cash Flow Management.

Missy Rhodes

Missy is the Office Manager for APR. Her main responsibilities include daily tasks such as fielding client calls, invoicing, customer assistance, and office support. She has been working in various operational roles for 15 years.

Tyson Taylor

Tyson is a Sales executive as part sales and marketing team. He began working for APR in 2017 as a part time employee performing in multiple divisions such as mitigation, project management, and sales. In June of 2018, he parted ways from a career as a professional firefighter where he served passionately for over 15 years. He has seen first hand the devastation and stress caused by fire and storms to home and business owners. He would often be asked “ what do we do next?” Tyson brings that same passion to APR and enjoys assisting our customers in what happens next.

Frank Owens

Frank is the Mitigation Manager of APR with over 20 years experience in disaster response, loss mitigation, account management and sales. His primary responsibility is the management of all emergency response/mitigation personnel and functions of the company. He has industry experience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, contents cleaning, mold testing and remediation, and biohazard clean up, as well as job cost estimating. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Ryan Soule

Ryan is a Restoration Manager for APR. As a team member he ovsersees multiple residential reconstruction projects, setting timelines, managing contractors, maintaining open dialogue with insurance adjusters, and seeing each project through from start to finish. Ryan has a degree in Marine Technology, and 10+ yrs in the residential and commercial industry.

Jody Frailey

Jody is a Restoration Manager at APR. His main responsibility include overall operations and execution of restoration efforts after fires and floods. Jody honorably served in the US Army for 20 yrs, retiring in March of 2016. He has extensive training in military leadership courses with 1 yr of college level courses

Mike Williams

Michael is an estimator for APR. He graduated from East Carolina University in 1996 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He has been involved in the construction business for 28 years. Mike obtained his General Contractors License in 2007 and has been working as a superintendent for a custom builder and run his own construction business.

Bob McGraw

Robert is a Sales Executive within APR and has been in the construction industry since 1978. His extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial construction, allows him to provide answers to most questions that may arise. He is AAMA certified, Master Craftsman endorsed by Certainteed and is also Gold trained in LP Smartside. His continued education assures that he is knowledgeable of the current products and services available.

Lenny Brown

Lenny Brown is a restoration specialist and have been in water restoration for 19 years. He’s certified in water restoration and carpet repair and installation. My favorite part of my job is helping the Homeowners in a bad situation that most haven’t experienced before. I like to ensure that when we are done with the drying process you will not have to worry about mold

Hayden Read

Hayden is a mitigation specialist and has been with APR for over three years. He works mostly in mitigation, but also provides various reconstruction services as needed. He is certified as a Water Restoration Technician by the IICRC. He holds a B.S. in Sport Management from Guilford College and will graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a Master of Accounting in June.

As a homeschooler, he was blessed with time to build, design, create and fix numerous things while working with his father. As an APR employee he continues to use these skills. Wesley Daniel

Wesley is the President of APR East and manages the day to day operations of the Wilmington office. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management and a Business Minor. His experience includes residential construction, project management, and business development over the last 15 years. Wesley is also North Carolina Licensed Contractor since 2007.

Terry Zouboulakis

Terry is a restoration manager for the Pender County Area. Terry has over 25 years experience in running small business including hardware maintenance, construction, management and customer service. Terry was a co founder of APR.

Chris Short

Chris is the restoration manager for the Pender County area. Chris has twelve years experience in residential construction and is a master carpenter. Chris ran his own company over the last six years. Chris is a father of four and a valued leader in our restoration department.

Randall Smith

Randall Smith is the restoration manager for the Wilmington and New Hanover County area. Randall graduated from the construction management department at East Carolina University. He has been building in the Wilmington area since 1998.

Brenda Clarke

Brenda is the mitigation manager for all of APR-East. She has 14 years experience in the restoration industry. She is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Oder Control, and Mold Restoration.

Daniel provides strategic operational guidance to the company as it has grown from inception. He has over 25 years of management experience both domestically and internationally.
